• Communication Data: Messages with employers, interview details, application history.
• Account Data: Username, password (hashed), profile settings.

B. From Employers/Recruiters:

• Company Data: Company name, address, industry, size, website.
• Contact Person Data: Name, job title, professional email, and phone number.
• Job Posting Data: Job descriptions, requirements, salary ranges, location.
• Interaction Data: Candidate reviews, interview schedules, hiring decisions.

C. Automatically Collected Data (Website Usage):

• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, operating system.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your data is processed for specific, legitimate purposes:

• For Candidates: To match you with relevant job opportunities, allow employers to review your profile, facilitate applications and interviews, and communicate important platform updates.
• For Employers: To enable you to post jobs, search for and evaluate candidates, manage the hiring process, and communicate with applicants.
• For Platform Operation: To maintain and improve our website’s functionality, security, and user experience; to prevent fraud and misuse; and to comply with legal obligations.

• With Your Consent: A candidate’s profile and application materials are shared only with specific employers to whom the candidate applies or with employers searching our candidate database (where the candidate has opted-in to visibility).
• With Service Providers: We use trusted third-party providers for essential services (e.g., cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics). These partners are bound by strict data processing agreements and cannot use your data for their own purposes.
• For Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Internationale Rekrutierung, our users, or the public.

We do not and will not sell your personal data to advertisers, data brokers, or any other third party.
